Okay, so I joined a gym here near the house. This week will make 3 weeks that I've been going.
Imagine my surprise when I got on the scale this morning, and it says that I weigh 3 pounds more than I did when I started going to the gym!!!! WTH??!!
Now, I know what you are thinking, and NO, I did NOT expect to lose weight after going to the gym 7 times, but I certainly didn't expect to gain weight!!?!?!?!? I haven't even been doing any weight-lifting type activities...my exercise has been limited to use of the elliptical machines and treadmills doing anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour between the two machines.
Makes a girl want to hang up her running shoes. Know what I mean??
